Vacheron Constantin Pays Tribute to Mozart with New M��tiers d’Art Watch
Since 2007, Vacheron Constantin has been a patron of the prestigious Paris National Opera. In 2010, it released the first in a planned series of 15 unique watches in its M��tiers d’Art collection, inspired by the breathtaking mural painting on the ceiling of Paris’s Palais Garnier Opera House by French artist Marc Chagall. The brand unveiled the third timepiece in the series, the M��tiers d’Art Chagall a l’Opera de Paris “Hommage to W.A. Mozart” recently at a New York luncheon co-hosted by the brand.The dials of the M��tiers d’Art Chagall & l’Opera de Paris collection feature miniature paintings in the centuries-old grand feu enamel technique, practiced by only a handful of artisans today, chiefly in Geneva. Did you guys know that the Tin Tin Speedmaster was still in production and plentiful?
I stopped into two Omega boutiques over my holiday travels. And I saw in the both shops the Tin Tin. I was told that Omega is still producing these watches and that there really was a stop in production. I was surprised to see brand new Tin-Tin watches. I thought they hadn't made those in 5 years or thereabouts. Now I doubt I'd ever buy one as that dial would clash with almost everything I own but something is strange with Omega and these limited editions .

Rolex accuracy
I've got two Rolex which I really like, a V-serial Submariner 16610 from 2009 and a 2016 Oyster Perpetual 116000.Although the 16610 is an older 'Red Seal' and the newer 116000 a 'Green Seal' both have had similar accuracy of around +/-1 second per day (averaged over a week) out of the box - which is fantastic.I was just wondering what your Rolex manages - and if there is any real difference between Red and Green?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
