x-post from the omega forum (from July) where I initially asked for some more info about the following watches:This weekend I visited my parents when I noticed a speedmaster in my fathers watch box that I did not see before.Below you find the pictures. It still works and the dial and hands appear to be in great condition. My father told me he got it from my uncle some years back. Because he was under the impression that the watch did not run anymore - nor did he know the 'heritage' of a speedy he never wore it.After I told him the basics I knew about the watch and asked some members on another forum I visit (thanks mark020 for your replies) I know now it is from 1969 and it is an post moon. Panerai year of mfr
Need help in figuring the year of mfr of a panerai, serial starts with BB153, from what i've read that would make it a 2015, is that right?the problem though is that it was purchased in 2014.can someone help ?thank you

TWO Similar Pams, worth it?
I bought two Panerai from my AD the other day right before increases hit.A pam 590, and a 564 titaniumThey seem very different, one shiny, one matte, one black dial, one brown dial, cut out dial, painted, strap, etc.However, its still a PAM. And Iconic styling they are both luminoris it worth it to keep both of these, or in the grand scheme of things are they too similar?thoughts?
