Classy, Stealthy, Sporty Citizen Alterna Eco-Drive Watches
In America we get upset at the notion that cool objects are sold elsewhere and not here. We have had to deal with this for years in terms of cars, electronics, and especially watches. Japanese companies such as Citizen and Seiko are well known in the US, but don't exactly have the prestige that Swiss watches have. Regardless, in Japan these companies service the low-end and high-end markets equally.I'd say that most of the interesting watches that Citizen makes are never officially sold in the US. They are made in limited numbers and sold in places all over Japan. The market there seems to gobble up limited edition pieces that appeal only to a select few. Well some of these have much wider appeal in my opinion, and you should know about at least some of them. Hello!I just found again, that after hard cleaning, the bezel doesn't work smoothly I would like to remove the bezel. I don't know if I should follow the tutorial like for the Rolex. Knife at 13, a little bit hard and up, and POP! it's out.I hope you can help meBest regards

Automatic vs. hand wound?
Greetings - trying to broaden my horizons and venture into Paneristi land. I previously had my eyes set on a PAM00688 but acted too late to find one. I find myself lusting for the PAM00728. I love that its the smaller case but dont love the hand wound watch winding. any drawbacks to the non-automatic movement? I presume every time I wear this (this will be worn amongst many other pieces - I am a true degenerate!) i will have to wind it? does it wind while wearing if I move my wrist?TIA for all feedback. sorry if its a dumb question. I am used to watch winders for all other pieces.

Panerai Research?
Where is a good place to research which panerai models have which features? I've been scouring the forums but can't really differentiate which PAM's are automatic versus wind, sandwich dial versus not, etc. With so much price variation between specific models/features the only way I can tell if I'm getting a good deal is by comparing it to the list price - but ideally I'd like to just know which one is giving me the best bang for my buck.Eg. Which serial numbers/letters for what dates. Any sites/links/sources?
