Photo Report: The Paneristi 15th Anniversary Event With Panerai
This past weekend Paneristi celebrated its 15th Anniversary at a private residence and gallery in TriBeCa. HODINKEE was there to witness the excitement, as the North American President of Panerai, Rafael Alvarez, revealed the special edition Luminor Base Logo PAM00634 in honor of the celebration. It was a special night for all of those who attended, in particular the founders of Paneristi. Omega Geneve Dynamic
HelloAfter getting some great advice and guidance on my Milsub 5513 on the Rolex Vintage forum I thought I'd nip over here regarding my Omega Geneve Dynamic.As with the 5513, the Omega belonged to my old man and it was passed to me when he died in 2008.We think it was purchased for his 30th birthday which would mean it was bought in 1976. As there's no day/date function I presume it's either the 1967-1974 model (165.0039) or the 1968-1971 (ST 135.0033). Other than that I can't find out much more and still haven't found any photos that match my example.Photos below, so as with the Milsub, any advice gratefully recieved!RegardsH

Squeak!
any suggestions on getting a (mild) squeak out of a bracelet? took it to (1) jeweler (Tourneau) who said it was hard to lube b/c of (something about the pins could fall out), and to just live with it. I found that, um, explination, hard to believe. and i am not about to just take wd-40 to it. then again, if it was good enough for NASA (and we know how famously NASA and Omega got along). it only happens when i turn the wrist, e.g. the watch is riding too high on the wrist and i shake my hand to get the watch to drop down where it is supposed to be.thanks kindly
