RALF TECH WRX Manufacture Torpedo Watch Inspired By Submarine Interior
We don't talk about Ralf Tech watches that much, but if you are into a sort of modern Panerai-style dive watch, then you've probably heard about them. All of a sudden, Ralf Tech has released a totally weird creation that is not only totally out of character for them in terms of design, but also price. I don't know who the target demographic for this Ralf Tech WRX Manufacture Torpedo watch is, but the model-style dial based on a submarine torpedo bay door is pretty cool in a totally not functional way.If you are the type of person who likes small models and miniatures, then you'll appreciate the concept here. Tool watch guys looking for strictly functional items to tell them the time will not understand this type of piece at all. In its own way, this is the ultimate watch for certain types of nerds - and isn't that what boutique luxury watches are all about? Given the extremely limited set of watches Ralf Tech is going to make, I am sure they will find the fewer than a dozen required bu

Rolex Submariner 116610 Rolex Blue Model 16610
Hi, all.I am potentially looking to buy a Blue Dial Sub from a local person on Craigslist. They are selling for $2,800. This seems very low for an authentic Rolex. Can someone opine on if this is a unrealistically low price? I was thinking it was either fake or low because the blue dial is not popular.I appreciate any feedback.
Keep either new BLNR or 2009 16610 Sub date
I managed to get my hands on a new BLNR today from my AD. I now have to make the decision to either keep it and give my Dad my 2009 Sub or keep Sub and let him have the BLNR.I love them both it's 50 50 would love to hear what anyone else would do ?Keeping both is not an option unfortunately.
Fat Lady GMT bracelet
Close to 4 years ago, I sent a well worn GMT Fat Lady into Rolex Canada for a full restoration. https://.rolexforums/showthread.php?t=342110Some members were horrified that I would molest an older classic. I had no regrets then and none today. I end up with a pristine GMT that I will probably never sell. It is still almost as cherry as when it came back and I almost forgot I had them return the original bracelet to me. They disassembled it, polished and cleaned it. It looks like new save for a teeny-weeny dent in one of the end links. Had I known how nicely it would clean up I might not have replaced it.It's just sitting in the suede bag and I was wondering what value should be placed on it? As mentioned, It has the end links (restored as well)It has a little stretch but it looks like new after they restored it. As mentioned, it has the end links as well. Might be short a link or two. I know people will say don't break up the set but the originality of the watch is not that important t
