Audemars Piget Diver - 15703ST
I was about to pull the trigger today trading in my Breitling Bentley Motors ($4500-$5000 value) + $6000 for an AP Diver but in the last minute the dealer told me he didn't have the papers with the serial but could issue me a store appraisal so I canceled. He also said he would take it in for servicing and put a new rubber strap. Did I make the right move? What do you think is the value of having the warranty/serial certificate with the watch?

Thoughts on the 5496P ?
My local dealer took in a 5496 a few weeks ago and I tried it on today. I really like it, but even at the second owner price it is a sobering amount for a watch that doesn't seem to get a lot of love. Anyone care to sway my opinion one way or the other?

Hi guys, my first 2018 incoming! let's play a guessing game... I've been wanting this one on and off a few years now. I think 2 years ago, this was always available in the shelves of ADs. I've always passed it up as I figured I have others on my list I wanted more. Of course that was then. Fast forward 2018, this is now not as easily available in the ADs, in fact, it's got its own wait list. Today I called a local AD to see what he has in stock, he said he had this watch available but was named after another client when it came up in conversation. He stated that he will call the other client to see if he is still interested as he has been holding it for 3 days now (wow I didn't know ADs held watches for that long, another AD was only willing to hold something for me for 24 hours max) Anyway, g'head and guess!! Ps, the ADs manager gave me a hat with my purchase. Had a really good first purchase experience. He added that he leaves for Basel in a week. I hope that they can supply be more

Advice/suggestions wg 116519 Daytona adding rubber or oyster flex
Hi everyone. Apologize to rubber haters..jk. I have a wg panda 116519 Daytona on leather and was thinking about adding rubber strap. What does the forum recommend?-Rubber b-Everest - not sure they make that for 116519 from what I can tell-Try to get ad to order oysterflex. If I could get one to do that and not sure if oysterflex for 116519ln would fit. Any other suggestions/ideas greatly appreciated. Here is pic I found on google image with rubber b.
