unlike the Panerai Ferrari, which was sold at half price on sale of Tourneau sample
These watches were simple wrong. The red upper chronograph push is just awesome, simple as that. Yet again, there is only 300 of these watches products so it is unlikely that you will be able to get their hands on one (unlike the Panerai Ferrari, which was sold at half price on sale of Tourneau sample). Click here to see more details on this surprisingly beautiful Super Trofeo Lamborghini and Blancpain Chronograph, also known as the Ferrari marketing department should use as a case study.
Introduction... and first AP.
Figured I'd officially introduce myself and say Hi to the fellow AP owners. I recently purchased my first AP (a silver dial 15400 from Brian G aka boxerbrian) and absolutely love it. I have owned several Rolexes, probably a dozen Panerais, Omegas, Breitlings, Tudors, UNs, IWCs, GOs, etc etc - mainly hang out on the Dive Watch Connection and buy/sell/trade on there, TZ and Paneristi. I've wanted a Diver ever since they were first introduced but because I love my DSSD on Rubber B so much I decided to fill a gap in my collection and do the 15400 with my first AP. The watch has more finishing details than any other piece I've ever owned with probably a GO Sport Evo Panorama date being second. Everything about the watch screams quality and it's versatile enough for me that I can wear it in my business casual work environment or with jeans. After only a few days of ownership I'm already thinking about my next one if that tells you anything! So, on to the pics! Also, a few after of the rest of
A lovely evening with Patek
Was kindly hosted this evening ... Met some lovely people and some very nice watches. I got to play with a 5204 split second perpetual and a 5959 split second. Amazing watches to use and hold. Also saw a beautiful enamelled piece and a pocket watch with wood marquetry. Stunning! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Pins and tubes
I am looking for OEM 22mm Pins and tubes. Does anyone know who sells them? I do not want aftermarket.
Need advice, my first Rolex...14060 vs 15210 vs 16570
Hello all,Longtime lurker here. I have always been fascinated by watches and as I have aged I have fallen in love with the history of Rolex. I currently have an Omega Seamaster 2531.80 which I plan to keep. But I can't hold out any longer and want to get my first Rolex at the ripe age of 38.Aiming to keep it under $5,500 so looking at pre-owned Rolexes as the best bang for my buck. I currently have my eye on either a Sub 14060, a Rolex Date 15210 or a Rolex Explorer II 16570.Never realized the range of different emotions one goes through when getting ready to purchase their first Rolex. I love the Sub, cos well its the Sub. Love the Explorer II because of the value of what you get for what you pay. Love the 15210 for its simplicity and classic simple look.Would love to hear some opinions on which of those 3 you guys would lean toward.
