Watches NEWS
Need help
Hey guys I'm thinking of upgrading to the AP ROO 26400SO Or the 26401 in rose gold old dial. I'm a one watch guy and I assume the RG44 Would be hard to wear as a daily. Also considering the daydate40. For about the same price I could have a solid gold Rolex or a stainless steel offshore. I love the design on AP a tad bit more than the daydate. Any input would be appreciated 😅
PP 5167 or AP 15710 ???
Looking for a Rubber strap PP or AP for my next watch. Definitely PP or AP and definitely rubber. Also looking to spend only $15-$20K.I like the PP 5167 which was my leading candidate, but the more I look at the new AP SS Divers (15710), the more I am liking them (probably black over white, though both are nice). The thing I like about the AP divers compared to other ROO is they are only 42mm, as ROO 44mm is just a little bit big for me (but not too much though). I tried the AP 41mm 15400 and that size was fine. My wrist is 6.5 inches (about 16.5 cm).ConsiderationsSizing on my wristComfort on wristLook and finishCoolness factor - which turns more heads and gets more complimentsDoesn't have to dress up too much.Durability and resistance to scratchesAlso is aquanaut going to remain same style? 15710 is new this year, so I am less worried it will go out of style.Curious for feedback of anyone owning either or better yet anyone have both? Thanks

Father and Son's Seamasters
My father bought his Seamaster 30 (right) used in England in the late 60s and has worn it almost every day since. This watch saw a lot of action - He traveled from England to India overland and lived in India with it for years. We now live in the U.S. - this watch has been his constant companion. A couple of years ago, I bought myself a 30th birthday present of the Seamaster Planet Ocean 45.5mm with the 8500 movement. I had lusted after Planet Oceans since I first took a real interest in watches in my early 20s. The two watches are VERY different and I'm sure that individual tastes would side very much with one or the other, but I really enjoy the fact that we both wear Omega's from the same lineage. They reflect our personalities in their differences, but a commonality of family. Just felt like sharing these pictures as we had them together the other day and took a couple of snaps. Anyone else have family watch stories to share?
Planet Ocean liquidmetal ltd edition value increasing
Have just seen a omega liquid metal ltd edition sell for 4500 pounds on eBay that's 7000 dollars. Incredible. I'm the proud owner of a liquidmetal and the manager of the Omega boutique westfield told me this will be one of the most sort after Omegas ever and had heard of them changing hands for silly money
