PHARAO To Be Most Accurate Atomic Clock In Space
Apparently terrestrial atomic clocks aren't accurate enough for some people, so a French team is taking the concept of an atomic clock into space. Keep reading to see just how accurate it is. Atomic clocks are extremely important in today's world. Telecommunications, the Internet, all major media sources, and an incredible list of important things we take for granted rely of timing and scheduling accuracy. The more accurate the better really - and the modern world literally could not operate as it does without such precision timing. Plus, there is a whole realm of scientific testing that requires precision timing such as this. The modern media industry became what it is today with the advent of quartz timing. An American invention, the devices used to take up an entire room for a single quartz clock (once clocks started being make - though not always American makers of course). Murdered the bezel on my AP what should i do?
Hello all,Looking for some friendly advice. I was walking past a friend and we accidentally knocked watches. His Breitling hit my AP 15400 and my bezel was scratched/ dinged pretty badly. What should I do? Will AP polish this or will I need to just live with it?Thanks for the advice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Think I'm gonna have to get this.....
Sneaky Rolex added this dial to the inventory at Basel. Not much was said of it, but I'm in love!! I had this dial on the TT DJII and really loved it. Doubt this one will have a 2 year waitlist to it either. They offer the dial on both smooth and fluted bezels as well as oyster or jubilee as well (4 options) a little torn on the oyster vs fluted option....Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
PM and sizing
When I picked up my Plat Daytona earlier this week AD recommended setting the adjustment in the clasp one notch tighter than my SS Daytona due to the increased weight. SS was very comfortable - this isn't bad but feels different. Is sizing down a good move? Am I just not used to the weight yet? Others with experience - did u size differently with PM vs SS with same watch?
