Chronoswiss Timemaster Chrono GMT Limited Edition Watch
Chronoswiss is likely a brand that doesn't need much introduction, even though we don't hear much about them. ?I've reviewed some of their collection in the past, and they are well thought out pieces with impeccable construction and high-quality materials. ?Their latest model, a special edition to commemorate a trans-global adventure, follows that same path. This new model in question is the Timemaster Chrono GMT S-Ray 007 (product page), created especially for Iren Dornier, a pilot and adventurer who's embarking on an around-the-world trip in an amphibious plane to raise awareness (and funds) for a charitable project. ?While much of the Timemaster line already hews closely to a vintage aviation aesthetic, the input of Dornier has created a model that looks to draw even more inspiration from aviation. For starters, the dial was designed to resemble an artificial horizon, with a midline separating the gray and black halves of the dial. ?This is set within a 44mm (16.5mm thick) DLC-coated

Changing Bezel on a Speedy
Hello;Would putting a stainless bezel on a Speedmaster Professional void any warranty? Would it make it a Frankenwatch or ruin its value? Would I be ruining it from an all original standpoint? I found this site, .ofrei/page663.html . Are these genuine Omega parts?
Which 5396 looks better?
I was considering to go with 5146G cream dial when the AD showed me several 5396 series.a) 5396G-001 white baton b) 5396G-014 slate breguet numbers c) 5396R-014 rose gold with blue dialI haven't seen 5396R-014 rose gold with blue dial yet. I like breguet numbers but white version looks cleaner.Curious to know what others think - out of the above three, which version is good and which is no-no?Searched the forum but haven't seen much discussion on 5396R-014.
Stopped at a local Rolex AD.....Very interesting discussion.
Back story-This AD sells a lot of watches. Has been an AD for nearly 40 years. Is the owner. This AD also attends Baselworld each year. #1. He had an amazing selection. The only really notable exception was Daytona’s. He had all explorer and sub variants as well as 2 Batman, Sea Dweller, James Cameron, etc. His sense was that Rolex was not limiting supply. He had stock so it was hard to refute his opinion. He also didn’t believe there was going to be price increases, and he did not believe watches would be upgraded with newer movement or phased out entirely. He didn’t believe there was a need to rush to buy anything. He thought this year would bring some interesting releases but would not elaborate other than he didn’t think one needed to rush a purchase for fear of missing out. He also doesn’t give huge discounts but 10% off msrp is fair for him, I was just stunned that he was willing to give a discount at all considering all the horror stories online. I
