The most interesting, or I should say curious, introduction from Rolex this year is the Air King reference 116900. First, I never really expected to see an Air-King at all ever again after the new Oyster Perpetual was brought out last year, but here it is. And on top of that, the Air-King is back in, frankly, a semi-foreign form as a 40 mm, anti-magnetic aviator's watch with a multi-color logo. We'll get to that, so let's first talk about the brand new Explorer, which is a really similar watch, also introduced this year, that, in my opinion, will be often compared to the new Air-King. So the new Explorer reference 214270, as introduced here on HODINKEE last week, is very much the same as the outgoing iteration of the same reference with its Oyster Perpetual case at 39 mm, 100-meter water resistance, and in-house caliber

15400st or 15202st
Hello fellow AP freaks,Struggling a bit here.I'm in the market for a RO. Had a 15300st for 3 years, sold it 2 years back and I regret is ever since. Regret is not even the right way to put it, it hurts. It really does.Now I have a choice to buy either a brand new sealed 15400st black, or a 2007 15202st. Jumbo charcoal. The Jumbo is hardly worn and looks like new. Money is not really an issue, the Jumbo is a bit cheaper but not so much too let the decision depends on that alone. I have tried the Jumbo, it's awesome. Didn't try the 15400 yet, but the pictures got me itching for it. My wrist size is 6,75.I know the decision is up to me, but would like to see different opinions. Thanks, Michael

Breitling Navitimer World GMT 410 (blue face).Does anyone own this watch? Any input would be appreciated. I've never owned a Breitling but it seems like a solid watch.Also, along the same lines, authenticwatches seems to be the only place that sells this model. Has anyone dealt with them?Thanks!

Dear All,I have been looking at the retired PP 5134, travel time. I like the look of it, but am not sold on it. There seems to be little information on this reference on the forum. Any thoughts from the sage members here? I gather it not desirable, just not sure why. Is there some problem with the design etc?
