3 Limited-Edition Mhle Glashtte Watches Commemorate 145 Years of the Brand
The German watch brand we know today as Mhle Glashtte was founded in 1869 by Robert Mhle, and the family business was re-established in 1994 by his descendant, Hans-Jrgen Mhle. Mhle Glashtte commemorates both the 145 anniversary of its origins and the 20th anniversary of its rebirth this year with a trio of limited-edition anniversary watches. The R. Here's what I think, but please forgive my amateurish approach and lack of knowledge:2254ProsNice looking dialLove the sword handsBeautifully slim caseGreat lumeETA movement - so more flexibility when it comes to be repaired.ConsOlder watch and movement212.30ProsCo-Axial movementCeramic bezelnice looking dialCurrent model, made from the latest designs and technologyConsSits slightly higher on the wristThe gloss finish on the dialColour combination of the dateThere are most likely to be a few other pros and cons for either watch which I don't know about. This would be my only dive watch and its a possibili
Water in my 1967 Omega Speedmaster - advice please!!
I have unfortunately got some water in my 1967 Omega Speedmaster cal 321, while showering.I took the back off and it has dried out, but it only runs for about an hour before stopping and requiring encouragement to run again. What is the possible damage and what would be advisable to get it running smoothly again? Thanks in advanceDavid KennedyFarnham, UK
