Problem with Omega Planet Ocean! What should I do? Swatch Group customer service suck
Here is my story... I began to manually wind my 3 month old Omega PO and I noticed that it felt geary and not smooth when the crown was pulled out. On 10/14 I brought it in to Toureau with a copy of my warranty cards and they sent it in to the Swatch Group for me. Since only the Swatch Group and work on the new Co-Axial movement. After numerous phone calls Tourneau could never give me an answer or give me an update on my watch. Weeks went by... They wanted me to fax them my receipt which I did that same day. I was so pissed that I called the Swatch Group myself and spoke to Shawn about their poor customer service. He informed me (in a condescending manner) that it would be at least another 4-6 weeks before I would get my watch back!!! I currently have Jennifer with Tourneau talking to her regional re
Hesitation between 2 speedies
Hi everybody,I'm glad to be back on the TRF.I'm really hesitating between 2 speedies, the red dial Schumacher ? The legend ?, and the steel and red gold broad arrow 1957 (the new model.)I'd like to know if some of you, fine people, have an opinion about these 2 watches, and perhaps pics of it ?Thanks in advance for your pertinent replies.
An explorer on Everest
A balmy afternoon on the east coast to ready my T16570 for the summer to come.Everest strap loving the AR cyclops. To those interested in comparing Everest and Rubber B, the Everest is thicker, slightly softer and a tad longer, but I prefer Rubber B because of its vanilla rubber scent, subtle but made a difference.I feel that Rubber B is better suited for the old / slimmer case, whereas Everest being slightly beefier is better suited for the 6 digit references, ie ceramics.
