Dear all, just wondering why this model is so unloved by the Patek community? It's the very first in-house automatic movement, first flyback, the central chronograph hand can be operated continuously to serve as conventional seconds hand without harming the mechanism (for those who love to see their watches move), and the first to feature the 30 minute and 12 hour chronograph indicators in the same subdial, the easiest to read annual calendar, day/night indicator, power reserve. Everything is so legible.The 40 mm size is, in today's standards, a safe positioning. Good or Bad Experiences with second hand Panerai Dealers
Hi all. After years of ignoring Panerai, something in me clicked and now they're all I can think about. I've spent some time at AD's, and at a Panerai boutique so I'm getting to know the brand a little bit. The newer pams are super nice and there are a few that I'd buy under $7,000. I'm looking at older pams too though, online, and the prices are nice. A lot of choices under $6,000. (Honestly I'd love to sell a Sub 116610ln and get a Luminor and a Radiomir!)Anyway, I'm considering going the second hand route for this and am hoping someone here can tell me about a good experience they've had buying Panerai on the second hand market. Who's trustworthy? Chrono24, Crown and Caliber, Watchbox, David SW, Watchmaxx? I've been combing all the pages. The Chrono24 I suppose would depend on the seller... Thanks for your help!

Ready for replacements. Opinions needed.
Hi all,After being burgled a few months ago, and having watches stolen, my insurance have finally paid out, and I am ready to replace/reshuffle.My previous line up was:Rolex green glass Milgauss - StolenRolex LVc (Hulk) - StolenBreitling Navitmer world, white dial on brown leather croc strapOmega Planet Ocean 8500 movement (larger size case)I will be keeping the omega, I like it, it's built like a tank, and disguises scratches to the bracelet well.I am going to trade in the Breitling, whilst I love the dial, it's just too big, and has only been worn a few times.I am keen on keeping a white dial in the collection, and am tempted with the IWC Portofino on a metal mesh strap. However, I am also tempted with a black dial hesalite speedy, which I would probably wear on a black rubber strap.I will be replacing the Milgauss. I am looking for good condition with box and papers, but pre owned prices in the UK seem very high in comparison to new AD price.I am back on a list for the Hulk, from th
