I am not a fan of luxury phones. Watchmakers seem to think that there is money to do by combining technologies of monitoring and appeal with cell phones. a resounding meh from the rolex and tudor fronts.1) new ss pepsi with jubilee - would have preferred coke, at least it wouldn't have encroached on the wg pepsi crowd2) new root beer gmt - no brown dial, full brown bezel, or brown/gold bezel? no thanks.3) new cameron deepsea - changes so minor that it's essentially the exact same watch4) the black bay - more endless variations of the black bay?! so this year it's a new size, and a gmt? maybe play with the pelagos, ranger, or black shields sometimes! so many black baysfinal thoughts:the way rolex is releasing variations of the ceramic bezel makes it feel like they are having a hard time figuring out how to do certain colour combinations, but they feel the need to show SOMETHING newish for the sake of showing something. maybe they should take the time, maybe skip a basel announcement or two, and perfect a new colour combination instead of releasing the black n tan. having one half black just makes it seem like a stop-gap.the ss pepsi is a

My Daytona has gone!!!
Some of you will know, I love the Rolex Daytona and I've owned several variants including a white gold 116509 panda. I managed to buy a Ceramic Daytona 116500LN at RRP in October and I love the watch.Problem is, I'm 6'1 and weigh 217lbs.I have a 44mm Breitling Airborne which I am wearing more than the Daytona due to the size.The Daytona is simply too small for me personally. I'm gutted to finally admit it, but I've tried and tried to love the size but it's lost on my wrist.So I sold it to Watchfinder UK and made a very healthy profit...with that profit I have purchased a Datejust II as it's 41mm and I have 2 Breitling chronos and a Tag Heuer Link Chrono for 'sports wear'...therefore this beautiful Datejust is for 'best'.
