Ulysse Nardin Diver Perpetual Limited Edition
Ulysse Nardin’s Diver Perpetual Limited Edition combines the best of 2 popular worlds: rugged, oversize dive watches and easy-to-set perpetual calendars. UN’s was the first perpetual that allowed all displays to be set forward or backward, including backward across midnight, using only the crown. UN’s large date places the numbers on the same level for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Diver Perpetual LE combines these useful features in a 45mm titanium case that is polished so highly it can pass for stainless steel. The case is water resistant to 300 meters, and the display back lets you view the movement and its 22K white gold winding rotor. The Diver Perpetual LE is limited to 500 pieces, priced at $26,800.Click these images to enjoy larger versions. Technical specifications appear below.
Navitimer 47?
What do you guys think of it? Thinking about trading my Datora up for a 47.... I like the beefier size on my wrist (I'm 6'2, 8 wrist). But I'm not sure. My AD wants 6700 for it (roughly 10% off msrp). Is that decent or should I shoot for a better discount? On the other hand... also been considering a Cal 01. I'm on the fence.... I really don't want or need 2 Navitimers. What should I do/?
INCOMING - First Omega
Knew eventually I would get a classic Speedmaster. Been wearing for the last 3 days, and really enjoying this watch. Super comfortable on the wrist! The bezel insert is alittle extra bonus. 145.022-6920171029_215158.jpg20171031_103311.jpg20171031_103207.jpg20171031_103357.jpg

Service dials
Hi guys have a few questions regarding service dials, and hope you could help me figure some stuff out! Why are service dials different than the original dials? Why didnt rolex just make a bunch of extra dials that were the same as the original ones? Are modern seevice dials also different than the originals? i.e. If you have a ceramic sub with blue lume and you crack the glass and need the dial replaced will you get a different dial than the original? Why are service dials less desireable?
