Movement Hands-On Series Episode 3: The Revolutionary Eterna Caliber 39
The Eterna Caliber 39 is one of the most interesting developments to come from the modern Swiss watch industry. Although we covered the news about the Eterna?Caliber 39 here some two years ago, we had not heard too much about how much progress Eterna had made with developing the Caliber 39. By early 2015, that has at last changed, and we have seen all major iterations of the Eterna?Caliber 39. It is thanks to this spectacular encounter?that coming up now is the third episode in our unique Movement Hands-On Series. Changing the strap
I bought some new straps from AP and their watchmaker was not in the store. Is this something that can easily be done with a flathead screwdriver or is there a special tool needed? Thanks.EDIT: This is for a 44MM Ceramic and Rubberclad.
Bumblebee on Survivor Hornback = Bad to the bone
Finally got around to putting the Survivor hornback strap on my BB. It's rather stiff at the moment but should get more pliable over time. It's a great strap... AP Hornbacks are very well constructed. The strap gives the watch a very different vibe. Whereas the rubber strap imbued a sportiness to the BB, this strap is just sinister looking IMO. I like it!
2nd PP?
I have 5227G as my 1st PP, should I pick 5726 or 5205 as the 2nd one?
Datejust2 116300 on strap???
Hi everyone, looking at getting a white dial sports daily wear. I have explorer 2 black dial already or else I'd get the polar. I'm looking at datejust41, does anyone use it as a daily wear on a strap or is that just in bad taste?I've looked online and seems to be hardly any pictures of datejust41 on anything but a bracelet, there's a few on nice alligator straps and it looks amazing but obviously that's for dress..Any input or suggestions would be awesome! Thanks
