Richard Mille Opens New Factory in the Swiss Jura
Richard Mille has become the latest luxury watch manufacturer to take a decisive step toward becoming a full-fledged manufacture, announcing the opening of its new case and component factory in Les Breuleux in the Swiss Jura.The new facility, called Proart, is an ultra-contemporary 3,000 square-meter (32,000-square-foot) building designed by the Chavanne architectural firm. It will make Richard Mille watch cases as well as certain movement components, including baseplates and bridges. Until recently, Richard Mille has been largely dependent on outside manufacturers with which it has developed good relationships, such as Vaucher and Audemars Piguet Renaud et Papi , for much of its movements, and on nearby Donze-Baume, purchased by Richemont in 2008, for its cases.In a press release, the company stated that the opening of the new factory is “very much in keeping with the brand's strategy” and “enables the company to further consolidate its position in a market segment f

Omega Speedmaster possibly next purchase ?
I'm seriously considering making an Omega my next watch purchase and have been looking at a couple Speedmaster's I really like...... I am just wondering if anybody has any experience or opinion on these models..omegawatches/gents/sp...-date/32228000.omegawatches/gents/sp...ional/35725000I don't have an Omega AD near by so I would have to buy online or contact an AD for pricing. if anyone can recommend an online site or AD that would be good to deal with please let me know. It was the favorite one I tried on while in Vegas. Truly amazing. However, like a fellow friend here, I won't pay MSRP for one. It really sang to me though.

WG DD40 olive dial non roman
I've set my sights for a white gold day date. I really like the olive dial that is now available on the DD40. I've only ever seen the olive dial with the roman markers, it's there another option available? I prefer the stick dial. Can this combo be had?
