Blogging For Self Promotion
Blogging basically started as a way share your digital diary with..., well anyone. The concept seemed a bit "trendy" at first. One of those, "using the power of the internet" to allow the lay person to distribute their ideas. The fear was that legions of untalented, bad writers would flood the net with uninteresting, or at least unedited written spew.We now know that blogging is here to stay, and while it may not always be called blogging, the idea of the individual commenting on, or discussing various topics is a new force, which is reckoned with. It is also a new responsibility. Many opinionated people may feel the pressure to blog or else face a lack of listeners. Political pundits, actors, and others actively use blogging as means of promoting themselves and their campaigns or products. It is the trend of bringing the marketing process back to the simple written entry. So the question is whether it works. If you have something to say, will blogging get your ideas out there? Like eve

Hi all!!2017 was extremely kind to me in work and I was blessed with a beautiful baby girl in Dec 2017!! I was looking at a 116613ln to mark the year and the achievements! Incoming Ceramic Planet Ocean 8500
Hi all,I haven't been on in a while, however I did want to share about my new purchase Omega. This is my first Omega. Their watches are very beautiful. Currently I own a DJ2 TT-SLTE, GMT2 C, DeepSeaC, Sub LvC, and now my fist Omega. I was bent on whether I wanted the Orange or black. I chose black. The orange was a little too much for my taste, but is very beautiful. I figured I'd go black since it is my first Omega. I also love the clear caseback as well.
Patek 5296R (Non-Sector) vs ALS 1815 Manual Wind
Hi all,I will be graduating university in several months and am seeking advice regarding which watch I should choose as a graduation gift (in combination with saved money). The idea is to have a nice dress watch that will be suitable for formal dress and business occasions. I have narrowed down my choices between the 5296R Calatrava and the Lange 1815 Manual Wind (in rose gold) but am having a tough time deciding which watch will be the one; I love the arabic numerals and pocket watch look of the Lange but the Patek is classically understated and pedigreed.unnamed.jpg unnamed-1.jpgunnamed-2.jpgThe Patek could be acquired from a local AD for $22K but something about the Lange's case keeps bringing me back to it. The lack of Lange at my local AD would cause a need to go to a new AD to try and negotiate an already expensive watch from a scratch. What is the deal with Lange AD/Boutiques (possibly Wempe NYC) and negotiating prices? What is the maximum discount one can usually expect for Lang
Upgrading 5980/1A to 5980R
Hi, some of you may remember me posting in Audemars Piquet forum asking about trading my black steel 5980. Now, another dilemma emerged involving purely Patek brand this time. Should I trade my 4yr old 5980 + cash (~17,000usd) for brand new rose gold 5980? Admittedly, gold has recently become my thing of late. I would not have thought about this few years ago. I guess time has caught up with me, haha! Again, your thoughts are very much appreciated.
