Hands-On: The New Patek Philippe Nautilus In Rose Gold Reference 5711R (Live Pics, Pricing, Availability)
Patek Philippe's showing at Baselworld 2015 was, in my belief, its strongest in years. We saw them show absolutely stunning updates to the 5170G (black dial, oversized breguet, leaf hands make a world of difference) and 5270 (now available in rose, and no more chin on existing g models). We also saw perhaps the best watch Patek has made since the 5970P in the 5370P – a platinum split seconds chronograph with a black enamel dial. OK, they also brought out the least Patek watch they've ever made in the 5524G but we've already covered that craziness here. SeaWolf: Cobra yellow or Volcano Black -- your thoughts?
Even since I sold my SteelFish, I have been lurking at the SeaWolf, however, I cannot decide whether to get the Cobra yellow version or the Volcano black (batons). I love the look of both watches, even though they do give out different signals.I am worried that the Cobra yellow version will be too colorful to wear at e.g. work (office, research), but on the other side I am worried that the Volcano black version will be too conservative (dull/boring). Also it should be mentioned that I have never had any colorful watch (the closest is a white/silver faced SteelFish), and in my current 'collection' I have a Panerai 305 and a Planet ocean - both have black dials.What are your experiences with the two versions of the amazing SeaWolf? Pros and cons?Thanks

I think it was a deal and cant believe I didnt get out bid. Basically its NOS, still has the sticker on the caseback, everything but the box. Its 1xx out of 500 made, USAF 1947-1997

A Pepsi Dilemma...
I have a dilemma on my hands. I have acquired these two beauties recently. My heart is telling me 16750 but my head is telling me 16710. The 16750 has so much character and patina, but I'm afraid the tritium will deteriorate. I will be wearing one daily so the 16710 makes more sense to me. Which one would you keep and why? Left - 1980s 16750 Right - 2007 16710 Unfortunately keeping both is not an option.
