Xetum Tyndall Limited Edition Watch
Young San Francisco based watch brand Xetum now has their first limited edition piece - and it starts selling today (February 15th, 2011). Limited to 100 pieces, this is modified version of the Tyndall model watch. For the limited edition Xetum changed a few things, and the result is pretty nice - as you can tell from hands-on experience with the piece.Xetum didn't want to radically change the popular Tyndall model for this limited set. Aside from offering a limited number of pieces, Xetum wanted to offer a new flavor for the watch. The most noticeable element is the carbon fiber dial. Xetum opted for a slightly glossy sheet of carbon fiber that works well with the design of the hands and numerals. The limited edition model is actually more sporty and formal at the same time. The case is still 40mm wide in steel, but is reverse polished in comparison with the standard model. The case itself is all polished, while the two rings that go around the case are brushed. This look is quite hand
15400 Blue
Hi everyone.Could anyone with experience offer any advice? I've been offered a 15400st blue dial from a dealer for ?13950 (UK), its a 2012 watch and had the inspection done in 2015 and is in mint condition. It will be the most expensive watch I have bought yet, it is one I really want and they have offered me ?5550 for my Yachtmaster 116622 blue dial. I don't intend to sell it but should anything unforeseen occur... Will I be hit hard on resale?I did have a 15300st blue which I sold before prices shot up but I thought that was too small for me so I never wore it. I'm sorry if this has been asked before but hope you guys can help. Thanks
Grail Incoming!
Hi Everyone,My first AP was the Montoya Ti but never completely fell in love with it. Always had a longing for the RB2. Was contemplating the RB2 Ti after seeing it in person, but after my dealer was lucky enough to get an RB2 Rose Gold in stock I completely fell in love and had to take it. Pictures don't do it justice...it is simply magnificent in person.
New Emergency?
Is there a new model of Emergency out? Pics?Details?
Would a WG 5167 have a chance in the family?
Random thought of the day...Between the SS and the Rose Gold, do you think a WG 5167 would be successful (more so than either of the current models)? I think it's hard sometimes if a SS and WG are too similar (unless just slightly unique, like a WG Blue Sub).
