While there is, no doubt, discussion of pointless topics, I, myself, am quite impressed at how amusing we are. I seriously laugh at myself sometimes. Royal Oak and Royal Oak Offshore Reference/Model Database!!!
For several years I've been consulting KronosClub for reference/model number information on Royal Oaks and Royal Oak Offshores. The website has not been updated since 2009 but they have a ton of amazing information with all the reference numbers, pictures and dial variations for the Royal Oak and ROOs up until March 2009. There are some amazing pieces that you guys/gals will definitely enjoy and I am 100% sure you have never seen! Like the Jumbo 'Tuxedo', the 125th Anniversary Pocket Watch, Pride of China or the Perpetual Skeleton in Rose Gold and Platinum. AP is without a doubt the brand with the largest number of references and limited edition pieces in the world. There are 70+ limited edition models for the Offshore.At the end of the day, it's just about enhancing everyone's knowledge about AP. Opinion on watch issues
Hey folks. I have a SMP 2220.80 with a 2500D movement coax. It has had a few issues and I would like to get your opinions. First issue was the watch would randomly stop... then start again. it seemed to do this most when winding from a stop.Sent it to Omega in NJ and they found nothing wrong. 6 months later I sent it back and they did a rebuild on it. It seemed good, not stopping randomly any longer, but it seemed rough when winding it and when screwing the crown in, it seemed to continue to wind the watch. No other side affects were noticed. It ran good, kept good time, but that issue just didnt seem right.So I sent it back to Omega again. they did a full rebuild on it and kept it in QA for over a week. I got the watch back and I am basically in the same boat as before I sent it in. Rough or gritty winding on occasion and it still seems to wind when screwing in the crown. Still keeps great time, and runs for a full 2 days with no issuesAm I being picky on the winding issu

Pam233 Accuracy test
During the past 10 days I have tested the accuracy of my Pam233. I'm positively surprised, that 8 days movement is really accurate with only a +2 sec deviation averagely per day. When the power reserve was about half I winded the watch again. Well done Panerai !!
