SS Band for my ROO Chrono Safari (New Model)
Guys,Planning to buy this pre owned SS Band for my ROO Chrono Safari....the band is genuine and in mint condition (according to seller)....The question is will a 26170 (previous ROO Chrono model) fit my 26470 (newer ROO Chrono model)?What about the price? is it okay?What about buying from Chrono24? is it safe?Thanks for the answers guys.....Regards,

Calling out all Speedmaster experts! (X post)
Hi everyone,long time lurker, first time poster here! After many months of searching the net, devouring the posts on almost every Omega forum, studying C. Maddox's site, flirting with many Omegas and generally neglecting everything else in life, I bought 2 Speedmasters in 5 months! The first one, a Xmas gift for my husband, is a 1978, cal 861, a bit beat up but all in all a good deal. The second one, I simply couldn't pass up. It's a 145012 67 SP (my husband's birth year), cal 321, in brilliant condition (IMHO �C sure the chronograph pusher needs to be tightened, but the hands reset to zero beautifully, it keeps time to +20 sec a day with its last service being in 1972! ), bought from the original owner (who bought it on Xmas 1967) at a good price (thanks also to the strong euro!). There is just a thing that bothers me: the dial. I read everywhere that 321 Speedys all have the metal logo dial, no exceptions. Well, mine hasn't. My dad gave me his Rolex today
It seems like just yesterday I was sitting in my dad's office after getting picked up from school and him opening a box and showing me his new Rolex Submariner. I had remembered him talking about wanting one for a very long time and he was very proud of it. I was impressed by the watch and was really happy for my dad; that was 30 years ago. Every time I saw him wearing it, my appreciation for Rolex watches grew and I knew that one day I would have to get my own.
