I just wanted to share a thread and love to Royal Oaks and was really curious on what other peoples opinions are on their favourite Royal Oak. Ill start off by saying 15202 just edges it in front of the 15300.

Dumb AP Diver question from ROO Owner
Hi all - Haven't had the opportunity to hold in person the AP Diver SS (or any of the AP divers for that matter) - Can I get a brief explanation of the timing bezel. 1. It appears to me that it rotates internally, would that be correct?2. If that is the case is the crown at the 50 (10:00) Position controlling that function and is it a screw down crown - can it be manipulated while under water?3. Anyone have any real dive experience with this watch or is the consensus that you just don't go there with this piece. I DO dive with my Rolex Sub.Thanks!Brian

Help me choose my next Omega
Hi guys,I am currently contemplating my next purchase. Having purchased my Rolex GMTIIc TT a month ago, I have been wearing that watch five days a week for the whole past month and I have realized that its looks too flashy and stupid on a pair of jeans or hoodies. Im thinking of keeping that watch for dressier occasions and getting an Omega Seamaster for casual everyday wear.I have previously owned an Omega SMP 300 quartz 'bond' and sold that because I couldnt stand the fact that it was quartz. I also owned an Omega PO 2500 42mm in black, and sold that because it looked too plain. Is the grass greener?
Hi All,I have a GMT (116710) and a Speedmaster tintin, I was interested in adding a Panerai to see what it is like on that side of the fence (there is my only tie in to my post title, ha). I really like the 177 and 564, I understand the differences between each and really think I would be equally happy with either, though I have not seen a brown dial in person. I have actually never even tried on a Panerai, so I have to do that first.The aspects I really like about both models are the brushed case/bezel, sandwich dial, seconds hand and manual wind. Titanium is a great feature as well, but not an absolute requirement.Does anyone have any recommendations for similarly spec'd steel option in the Luminor Marina, 44mm spectrum? I also like domed crystals, if there were an option that had it all. It is tough to discern differences between all of the Panerai models!Thanks!
