Breitling Colt Watches For 2014 Fully Embrace High-End Quartz
For 2014, Breitling quietly releases a tweaked collection of Colt watches in four versions that include a women's model, a chronograph, and two three-handers. If you don't know, the Colt has been one of Breitling's most entry-level models representing an accessible way of getting into the brand's military-inspired sport watch theme. These new Breitling Colt watches have more Breitling DNA than ever, and there are some things to consider when looking at the new collection. I especially want to discuss the important topic of high-end quartz watches. This is especially after the also recent announcement of Breitling's even higher-end Cockpit B50 quartz-based watches watches-dealer covered here.Often times watch lovers accuse Breitling watches are looking too similar to one another. True enough, it often requires a particular expertise to distinguish one Breitling watch from another - but of course that doesn't apply to all models. If anything, Breitling has banked on that fact with the Co

Omega Seamaster 2254.50 + Panerai = Winder Recommendations?
Hello everyone, Been a while since Ive posted but I am looking to purchase a Panerai Luminor Marina new within the next month or two. It will join my small collection so far containing one other automatic, my 2254.50. My seamaster was serviced by Omega about a year ago and given a clean bill of health and ive been wearing it daily since I got it back. I have never had to let it rest for more than a few hours at a time.Enter my next purchase, I am wondering how to go about buying a good quality winder that can hold 2/3 watches for under $600. I dont want to cheap out on a winder and eventually ruin my movements to state the obvious.. I have been reading here about winders and stumbled across the Orbita watch winder website and used their resource to determine my 1120 calibre movement can be wound bi-directionally and take a maximum of 650 rotations per day. Is this true? Call me paranoid but I am looking for others insights on this Essentially I am looking for any input on anyones succe
What size screwdriver for Tudor Day Date Bracelet?
I recently ordered a Tudor day date 76200, like the one in this thread:https://.rolexforums/showthread.php?t=525591I was wondering if anyone knew what size screwdriver I need to adjust the bracelet that comes with that model? Also would be helpful to know where people get their screwdrivers from. Thanks!
AD Relationships
Often read of them here, and today realized I had a trio sitting on a winder reminding me of one of the benefits of a relationship with my AD.Definitely not a huge spender there, but have gotten to know the people over the years, usually offer them first crack at any purchase I am looking to make, and think they appreciate selling this stuff to an overexcited geek when it comes in, and one who wears it..
