It was not until the 20th century that wristwatches enjoyed any real mass production and the transition from pocket to wristwatch did not occur overnight. Today I visited my Rolex AD in Melbourne to check on a few possibilities for my collection... only to be told that the wait for a Daytona C was five years... and eighteen months for a DSSD Deep Blue... so I took a stroll to their sister shop down the road a little and after a lovely chat (and a glass of champagne) I purchased this... first of a new brand for me...

Tried on my Grail today and a ND SS Sub
Just went to one of my AD's and they had the 116618LB in stock .Also had a ND SS Sub , SS Sub Date they just sold yesterday I was told . Had the Platona as well ...Last pic is my SD4K... What do y'all think ? Does the PM LB Rock or what ? I'm thinking my SD4K looks better than the ND Sub as far as SS goes...
