A. Lange & S?hne 1815 Chronograph Among 4 New Models Launching At Watches & Wonders 2015
It's pretty big news whenever A. Lange & S?hne release a new timepiece. Bigger still is the announcement that four new wristwatches will make their d��but at the upcoming haute horlogerie exhibition in Hong Kong. This will be the third such fair in the centre of the Asian market, and Lange deemed it an appropriate platform by which to launch their new collection, which includes the A. Lange & S?hne 1815 Chronograph, because of the continent's strong links to manufacture and the growing enthusiasm for high-end watches in the region.Building on the success of its first two years, the haute horlogerie exhibition in Hong Kong, entitled Watches & Wonders, will run from September 30th to October 3rd, 2015. A. Lange & S?hne is the only brand of the twelve exhibitors that hails from Germany. For a country with such an admirable history in watchmaking, the brand carries a great deal of responsibility to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, which will host the event. As

Big day... first major "surgery"
Big day for the rb2 today… this was in the works for a week now and I knew this would happen sooner rather than later so why not get it done. I’ll let the pictures do the talking…Took the watch with me to work today knowing that surgery would happen around 11am. I’d rather stare at the watch than get frustrated looking at trafficTransplant parts have arrived… they are marked “urgent” Ordered from AP Clearwater a rubber diver strap (black and in XS)New packagingSize comparison next to the standard strapPrepped for transplantDone! The rubber strap feels so comfortable and is better for hot and humid texas daysPicked up an aftermarket titanium buckle off ebay. I didn’t want to spend $700 on a OEM buckle and have it banged up anyway. I wish it didn’t have the AP stamp but oh well. I do like the fact that the edge of the buckle is polished and matches the edges of the watch. EDIT: If anyone is selling a OEM tang buckle, hit me up!

Spring bar, tang buckle and strap size for 5110
Hi all,I'd like to upgrade a few parts on my 5110, which is still rockin' the original strap/spring bars.Does anyone know what the correct size of quick release spring bars to buy for the 5110? My guess is 21/20mm, but wanted to triple check before buying.Also, I was thinking of swapping the deployant for a tang buckle. What is the correct tang buckle size? 16mm?I realize I'd have to buy a new strap to fit the tang buckle and was assuming the strap dimensions would still be 20mm lug and 16mm end. Hope that is also correct.Thanks for the help!
