Ball Watch Engineer Master II Diver Worldtime Hits Retailers
The new Engineer Master II Diver Worldtime from Ball Watch Company is now available at authorized retailers. The watch houses a movement that incorporates a world time module developed by Ball and manufactured in its workshops. The module is added to the ETA caliber 2836 to create the first Day/Date Worldtime movement. Three central hands display local time, while a 24 hour disk rotating counterclockwise simultaneously indicates the time in 24 different time zones. Fifty-five self-powered micro gas lights assure up to 25 years of easy night viewing. The case measures 45mm in diameter and is water resistant t0 300 meters or 1000 feet. The watch is available with black or white dial and a stitched rubber strap or a stainless steel bracelet.Learn more at ballwatch.

I was delighted when I received an invitation for their Master Class watchmaking course in Amsterdam, guided by one of their highly skilled watchmakers. Earlier this year, during their event at the 24 hours of the Nrburgring, I already received a short course on watchmaking but this was going to be the full program.At the end of the day, we received an official certificate, signed by Burberry CEO Mr. Lambert and watchmaker Mr. van Graas.A big thank you to all people at Burberry in Amsterdam and of course special thanks to their watchmaker, Mr van Graas.

If you obsess about accuracy, this is probably as bad as buying a loupe for those who obsess about Rolex dial lume plots or whatever. For the rest, $200 for a timegrapher and a demagnetizer was the best watch money I've spent in a long time. Saved a trip to the spa for my Lange and improved accuracy by 10s/day.
