Hublot Teams with Cigar Maker to Create King Power Arturo Fuente
Fine cigars have much in common with fine watches luxury products with romantic heritage, handmade by skilled craftsmen, appreciated by connoisseurs and now Hublot has created a timepiece that ties the two together together in a significant way the new King Power Arturo Fuente edition, developed in collaboration with one of the world’s most popular premium cigar brands. The Arturo Fuente cigar company, founded in 1912 by Cuban immigrant Arturo Fuente, Sr. in Tampa, is one of the top purveyors of hand-rolled cigars outside of Cuba, producing around 3o million cigars per year at its factory in the Dominican Republic. The most famous of these is the Fuente Fuente Opus X, the first Dominican puro (a cigar in which all the tobacco is of the same national origin) and one of the world’s most sought-after cigars. In its press release announcing the new watch, Hublot compares the master torcedors who roll the Opus X in a dedicated room of the Fuente factory to its own expert wa

Incoming: Sub ND (yesterday 3/29/18)!
Stopped by the AD last Friday to visit and have the 5512 appraised. I mentioned I'd never seen a modern (i.e. 114060) Sub ND, so my sales rep said she'd contact me when one came in. So, thought I was good for a viewing in a month or so.She called yesterday - Fedex had just delivered a ND and a Hulk (already sold). So I gave her a deposit over the phone, and left immediately for the store - Springer's in Portsmouth, NH.Brought it home. I guess the 5512 would be it's grandfather. Delighted to get it!
Black 116520 and SS Skydweller or WG BLRO
I've only had 1 watch in the past 8 years, the 116520. I 've been wearing it almost everyday. Now there's an itch I have to scratch. I can either trade in the Daytona+Cash for a pre owned WG BLRO or add a SkyD to my collection of 1. My rationale for the BLRO is that I can only wear 1 watch at a time, so might as well go all in. Daytona and SkyD, I don't have to let go of my Daytona.I understand that there's a significant price difference between the 2 options, but I'm willing to save more (and wait more). I'm interested on your opinions. Cheers!
Could be a really stupid question...
Hi guys,I've had a lovely watch box for Christmas but my Rolexes are quite tight when fastened around the suede cushions. Will this stretch the bracelets over time? I have a DJ 41 on jubilee and GMT Master II LN on its oyster bracelet. The cushions don't seem to bend like the ones in the Rolex box do - I'm therefore thinking of using the Rolex ones as they fit nicely in the box. Am I being stupid in thinking that the bracelets could become stretched over time with the non bendy' cushions?! Many thanks in advance and I await the potential ridicule!
