Zenith El Primero Chronomaster Limited Edition For The Watch Gallery
For over a decade now,?Zenith's?El Primero 4021 movement have been beating inside their Chronomaster line of watches. Much like Zenith itself, this collection had its ups and downs only to finally become stronger and more appealing than ever. Now we are looking at a very exclusive version of the Chronomaster Power Reserve model: a limited edition of only?10 pieces sold in the UK from the The Watch Gallery. This specific model is a lovely connection between Zenith's historic designs from the sixties and seventies and its more modern looks. The case, in stainless steel with a diameter of 42mm, definitely has a considerable retro feel to it with its sharp lugs, thin bezel and its piston-style chrono pushers. On the other hand, owing to the circular-ish opening of the dial, there is a lot of action constantly going on. First of all there is the balance wheel performing 10 semi-oscillations every second, then there is the interaction between the escape wheel and the pallet fork - colored pur
Lets see your wife's AP!
The wife's been bitten by the AP bug after trying this on yesterday, I thought it looked great on her Anyone's wife have one or similar? Lets see some pics! Also, is it a newer model or is it due for a facelift at SIHH next year?
New to AP with a Diver and loving it! Thanks Seregin's in SF!
I have been going to Seregin's in San Francisco for over 8 years now and slowly been building up a small collection(I'll get a post of the collection up soon). I do not own an AP, but I have admired them for several years now. I got a call from Seregin's letting me know he had something special that I may be interested in, so I had to check it out. It turned out to be the AP Diver in SS. Pictures are nice, but in person this is even more of a beauty! As you all are already aware in person there is so much character and brilliance that really make this model stand out. I knew as soon as I saw it I had to have it. I've had it almost a week now and I'm loving every minute of it. No regrets and looking forward to expanding the collection in the AP direction. Thanks again to Seregin's and I highly recommend them if you are in the San Francisco area. Enjoy a couple of photos and thanks for all your posts and help to educate me with this fantastic collecting hobby! Here are some phot

Would you trade a 5711 for a 5980?
I am thinking about trading a 5711 towards a 5980. I like the depth of the 5980 but I like the classic feel of the 5711. The ideal choice would be to have both, but I would only like to have one nautilus. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
