AP on TV
Don't ask me why it was on, but last night I turned on the TV and Miami Airport 24/7 was on. A guy had been caught going through customs with ~10-15 APs, mostly gold. They said the value was $400k. It was surprising how much attention they spent describing the watches, and their worth. Anyone else see it?

I gave them instructions not to touch the case or bracelet but did have Luis (the watchmaker) do a light polish on the band just to bring back a little shine. Instruction were followed perfectly and I am completely happy with the result. Just an FYI, all the people there are amazing, but if you're in town and want to talk watches ask for Luis the watchmaker, he is so cool and down to earth, you can tell he loves watches and loves to talk shop. Big thumbs up!! As I have stated before I purchased the watch new in December of 1999, I was 26 years old and even though I paid $3500 for the watch I was probably a little out of my league. But I worked hard and saved harder and got the watch of my dreams. Since then I have bought and sold a SS Daytona, TT Datejust II, IWC Pilot Chrono, and an LVc in the search for the right
