Ma?tres du Temps Rounds Out Chapter Two
Last year’s headliner watch from Ma?tres du Temps was undeniably the innovative Chapter Three Reveal but the haute-de-gamme brand, which teams up noted independent watchmakers to produce limited, complicated models, also released a version of its Chapter Two timepiece in a sporty, round case, nicknamed TCR, for Triple Calendar Round.Ma?tres du Temps Chapter Two TCR is the brainchild of Daniel Roth and Peter Speake-Marin, two of today’s most famous and accomplished watchmakers, and has a movement developed by Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier, the Swiss movement manufacturer that also makes exclusive calibers for Parmigiani and, recently, for Herms. Like other Ma?tres du Temps watches (including the original Chapter Two, which came in a tonneau case), the TCR includes cylindrical rollers, here indicating the day of the week and the month, placed at the top and bottom of the dial. Nautilus Owner Questions
For those who own their favorite Nautilus, or have their sights set on one:Do you plan to have/get only one Nautilus variant? Or is it the first of more Nautilus models to come? Or do you have the one that sings to you but can't justify adding another variation of the same line because of all the other non-Nautilus choices out there?I love the one I just got (3710), but the one I thought was the one, the 5711 blue, is still enticing, and my ultimate is the 5980. But I also really like the two other current ones (5712 and 5726). Hardly a dilemma for me since it will be at least many months before I can afford to add another (if I do). I just wanted to see how others felt. Thanks!
Panerai PAM311 Service C A Panerai/Richemont Odyssey
Dear all, please let me introduce myself first. My name is Alex and I am a watch collector for more than 20 years with main focus on Rolex, IWC, Breitling, Omega and of course Panerai.Last year this time, I was the lucky owner of Three Panerai watches. PAM212 (Flyback), PAM141 (Radiomir with JLC Movement) and PAM311 C Luminor 1950 8 Days Chrono Monopulsante GMT in Titan with tobacco dial and a price tag of nearly 18.000 Euro! And today, I sit in front of my computer to write this story without having any Panerai on my wrist. PAM212 and PAM141 got sold by mid of last Year while the PAM311 is with Panerai/Richemont, since more than 12 months! So please, let me share with you my lovely Odyssey with Panerai/Richemont, which has started last year 31st Jan 2017.31st Jan 2017: I went to the Panerai Boutique to treat my beloved PAM311 with a nice service. The Boutique Manager told me No Problem and it would take up to 7 weeks before the watch will come back in good, working condition. Well,
New addition to my rolex collection : Panerai
I have only own rolex watches and never had any interest in any other brand, until one day I walked into a Panerai boutique in Las Vegas.. That's when I fell in love with my first Panerai, I loved the dial and strap choice combination... Also the 42mm size was perfect... I'm still a loyal rolex fan though
