How much it will cost to replace a ss case?
Hi, there is a AP Roo for sale here in my country, the thing is the watch was pvd treated, and I guess dial and hands replaced so one model would look like something else. The watch is horrible, but if I could replace the case, bracelet, dial and hands perhaps I could end up with a nice watch. But for how much? Anyone knows the cost of a new ss case, dial and hands for an AP 44mm in ss? Went to boutique ( without the watch) and they told it would cost as much as a new watch, is this true? AP Royal Oak service question
I have inherited my father's AP Royal Oak. Can anyone help me ID the series and age? Model 4100SA, Case No. B41770-1123. My father was the original owner, but I do not know its service history. I have sent the watch to AP for service and they are proposing to replace the mechanical movement with the next generation of similar automatic winding movement. Will this impact the value of the watch? Thank you in advance!

would you flip for AP 15400
I am considering flipping my PAM 572 for an Audemars Piguet 15400st white dial.I find the white dial mesmerizing although I had a ROO 26470st which I wasn't crazy about and traded away. What are your thoughts, would you flip ?
WG DaytonaC wear smaller than subc?
Hello guysI am looking to buy the daytona c on oysterflex either WG or RG. Already own a 116610ln and have read but have read comments saying the daytona looks and wears smaller on the wrist? Is there any truth to this? As both are 40mm and i wouldnt really want anything smaller than my sub.Not too fussed about thickness more about overall lug to lug size and diameter...If anyone who has a daytona on oysterflex or leather strap and a subc could take some side by side pics or maybe both watches on 1 wrist would be most gratefulAny feedback welcomeCheers guys!
