Buying preowned AP warranty
I'm looking at buying a 2012 pre owned royal oak. Please could someone confirm if the AP warranty stays with the watch or is it only valid for the original purchaser? Also, I've heard about making sure you get your 'sticker' or 'stamp' from AP for a third year of warranty(?) could someone enlighten me on what this means and how this works. I'm in the UK of that makes a difference.Hoping to be able to post up an INCOMING thread soon. Thanks
DeVille 1 month review
Hey everyone, it's been just over one month now with my DeVille and I thought I would give a little update/review on the watch.Omega De VillE Hour Vision Specifications:Caliber: Omega 8501 (39 jewels)Power Reserve: 60 hoursCase: 41mm 18ct. red gold with sapphire back and sides.Water Resistant: 100m/330ftDesign and BuildI'm very impressed with the durability of this watch. While what you can actually see through the sides was a little disappointing to me (not sure what I was expecting to see anyways), I am impressed that t
Parting with my Seamaster
If anyone's interested in a Bond SMP, mine has just hit the FS section of the Forum. Still love Omega but I'm looking for something a little smaller.
5164 vs 5712 on secondary market
With the following assumptions:1. The plan is to buy both 5712 and 5164, it's just a matter of when/which first2. 5164 secondary market prices are still below MSRP (potentially with room to go up)3. 5712 secondary market prices are way above MSRP (Which could either climb higher or go down from here)4. i don't mind waitingWhich one would you pick between the 5164 or 5712 to purchase on the secondary market in the near future (within the next month)?
