Bremont Supermarine 500 Watch: First Diver For Young Brand
Emerging British luxury watch maker Bremont recently announced their first diver's watch. This is an important occasion for each active' watch brand. Having at least one solid diving watch is a positional and status signifier. Sort of like saying that the company is not serious about its theme unless it has a functional diving watch. Though the brand is based in England, all watches are produced in their atelier in Biel-Bienne Switzerland. While I feel that some of the current Bremont watches are bland looking (though pleasing and functional), the new Supermarine 500 does not come across that way. Sometimes you want a diving watch to be more conservative looking and focus on doing its job well rather than being too avant garde. Trying to identify the timepiece
Some time ago a close friend of mine has shown me a gift timepiece she got more than 10 years ago from her father - watches marked as Audemars Piguet tourbillon. Those seem to be a gold chronograph, however I was unable to find any picture of AP timepiece over the net that would match to what we have in hands. Writings on the dial: Audemars Piguet, tourbillon, swiss made. Writings on the back cover: Limited Edition, E11487, Quantieme PerpetuelCould you guys please guess if this could be a genuine AP timepiece? Photos are below. Thanks for watching.

New for 2018 L' Astronomo Moonphase
New release for 2018L' Astronomo Luminor 1950 Tourbillons Moon Phases Equation of Time GMT - 50mm to give it it's official title!Man, I think this is going to divide opinions. The watch itself looks amazing on the website, the detail in that skeleton movement....Wow!However, there is one element that may or may not be a little contravercial - the LCD date!Personally I'm really on the fence - I can't decide whether I like it or not tbh What do you guys think..?Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
