the new Longines PrimaLuna is a tribute to this silvery star
A silvery moon on a spring night; a star that glistens reaches its peak and then disappears. A symbol of passing time, living time and the moon that entrances us with its rounded, delicate lines the new Longines PrimaLuna is a tribute to this silvery star. Its soft silhouette is enhanced by the exquisite purity of the dial and the whole is illuminated by a play of sparkling diamonds. Graceful, magical, this is a model that will seduce women who appreciate contemporary, sophisticated elegance.
It happens eventually... scratches
This is after about 5 months of ownership of my RO15400. I am already very careful when wearing it and it is not even my daily beater. Though I kind of expected it, but still... Thankfully, no dings yet.
I could use some help with this model I.D
Picked it up at an estate sale along with a few other watch parts, its in non running condition, numbers on the back of the case are 717039 and 1781.Here are a few iphone photos, anything you can tell me with be a huge help, thanks
Speedy Pro in the 1969 movie Marooned
Hello fellow Speedy Lovers. I am currently watching the 1969 space flick, Marooned. I first saw it at a drive-in back in Dec '69 when I was six. I loved it then and still do. I found it recently on DVD. I love this screenshot towards the beginning of the movie when Astronaut Buzz Lloyd played by Gene Hackman begins his EVA and starts the chronograph on his Speedy. In the research I've done I believe it to be, as do others that it is a 145.012-67SP that in fact came from Omega in that configuration.
Basel Dreams: What model would you like Omega to deliver?
Earlier in the forum there was a photo of a black dialed Bond Seamaster, which looks quite nice. Personally, I would love to see a return to the older style of Constellation. The kind they used to make in the 1950's. Given their current line of DeVille models, I am guessing this is unlikely. Still, I admire those older Constellations. What is your wish?
