Galactic Models--Blue different.
Hi All, I noticed the Galactic 36 blue dial is Gun Blue whereas the 41 is Metallica Blue. Has anyone seen these side by side?Do you have a dial in either of these 2 colours you can post a pic of? If you happen to go to an AD, can you take a look & snap a pic of either one? LOLThere are 2 AD's near me & neither have either of these in stock. The one saleslady & her co-worker brought out 2 watches, each with different blue dials telling me that the galactic was somewhere between this one & that one. Ya...ok. She seemed put off when I said I wasn't going to spend that kind of money & not see it. Idiot. Then I said...I can buy a Rolex for this money. She didn't appreciate the comment. I followed that up with, I was able to try on & visually look at the Rolex not have 2 salespeople estimate the colour of the dial. Anyway...just curious if anyone can keep an eye out for these 2 if they should pop in to an AD.

Put my GMT on a stingray. This a thick strap and rubber backed. I still prefer the bracelet but this combo gets complimentary comments.

Evening All,Alright in a bit of a dilemma here.. in the past have owned AP 39mm Dual Time White Dial.. trade for DD2 Rose Gold Chocolate Dial (with briboxer excellent guy) and then had to sell that back to Brian to fund engagement ring and partial deposit on the house about 6months ago. Now I find myself wanting to get a new timepiece.. Now I currently have a Breitling B01 LTD Edition Sky Blue 367/500 that I'm looking to trade... but the question is to what?One option is to add roughly $5k and goto Rolex GMT BLNR.. great watch.. love the color.. look and feel... and could realistically be my last watch (before I head off cruise ships and onto life on land). The second option is to add around $10k + Breitling to get a 16808 Rolex Submariner.. yellow gold blue dial (I'm a sucker for blue dials)... its PM which I love.. true gold vs rose gold and a steal at the price offered.The third option is the stretch option which is to add roughly 20k and get the 5711 Blue Dial.
