Jaeger-LeCoultre Celebrates 100 Years of Aston-Martin with Three New Watches
In a stroke of serendipity, 2013 marks both the 180th anniversary of Swiss watch brand Jaeger-LeCoultre and the 100th anniversary of British luxury automaker Aston-Martin, Jaeger-LeCoultre’s partner for nearly a decade in the development of special, luxury-auto-inspired timepieces.The new timepieces comprise two from JLC’s Master collection, the Master Compressor Extreme W-Alarm and Master Hometime; and one from the AMVOX collection, the AMVOX5 World Chronograph Cermet, which marks the debut of a new case material.The Master Compressor Extreme W-Alarm Aston Martin combines a world-time display with a mechanical alarm function. The time on the alarm can be read easily on the left-hand side of the dial at 9 o’clock, where two juxtaposed disks, one displaying the hours from 1 to 12 and the other showing the quarter-hours, appear through a large, semicircular aperture. Hi guys, i am planning to have either one for X Mass and went to PP store and found both with white dial. The 5205 with black dial is on the waiting list. So I tried them and honestly I like both and couldn't decide. I wanted to compare with the 5146 but it was not available. Can you help please. Which one out the 3 would you pick? Cheers

Patek evening in Chester U.K
Hi Ladies and Gents I my son and I had the pleasure of attending a Patek Philippe evening at the Boodles showroom in Chester U.K. the amount of complicated watches was in the words of the Patek representative unprecedented there were 24 Grand Complications and 17 Complications present as well as watches from the Nautalus and Aquanaught lines, to be honest we were blown away by the collection they did say that it would be very unlikely that this collection would ever be repeated as watches had been drawn from the Boodles showrooms in Chester, Manchester and London as well as the Patek boutique in London and pieces brought direct from Patek in Switzerland. Unfortunately and please don't crucify me I only had my Iphone with me so not many pictures.Any way to the interesting parts the watches.5205 in both grey and black dials were present now this is one of my favorite Pateks but when this watch isn't the star of the show you know its going to be good !!!!!!!!!5712 in both rose gold and 57
