First post. First timepiece. First AP Jumbo 15202
Hi everyone - this is my first post here, I recently acquired my first ever timepiece! I have been wanting a timepiece since 2009, I went through many phases over the years and almost pulled the trigger on a IWC Pilot Chrono and PAM111. I was in love with AP 25940SK at one point but it was out of my price range. I am quite happy that I didn't and held out for this long. I knew I would be settling for something I eventually would grow out of and I did. My taste has evolved tremendously and through more and more research I become more and more intrigued with AP. Last year I did tremendously well in the stock market so I decided to reward myself. Here is how I narrowed down my choice, i considered a few watches in my price range the 15400st blue dial, 15400OR black dial, 15202, PP 5711a and the Daytona rose gold black dial. I was pretty set on the 15400st but I wasn't able to find the blue dial since it was boutique only (lucky me) as time went on I did more research, collectors and puris
Iced my Avenger II GMT
Loving the new Avenger II GMT, perfect size and profile for daily wear, but I wanted a little more pop. Had my jeweler buddy do his magic and here's the results!! IMO the black dial and diamonds just make it POP!! Tx for looking!!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've been approached with this trade proposal...I won't say what side of the trade I am on, but I'm curious what people think is the better end of the deal...Rolex Side: Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date 1503, 14k yellow gold case and bracelet, 34mmRolex Oysterquartz 17003, white dial, roman numeralsTudor+Cash Side:Tudor Pelagos Blue 25600TB (Tudor In House Movement)1958 Tudor Advisor Alarm, 35mm, vintage patina, raised rose, full working condition, premium aftermarket band$500 cashWhich side would you take? I would create a poll but I don't know how.
16610 caseback on 16600?
Let's assume I never dive to the rated depth of the 16600 and I want the watch body to sit a little closer to my wrist, does anyone know if the 16610 caseback will fit on the 16600?
New DJ41 with Jubilee
Hell All,New to the forum and Rolex's. Went back and forth deciding on band, bezel and dial color. Thought I wanted silver or white face with oyster band to stay more casual . I wear jeans and dress shirts to work. But after seeing the watches in person a few times, the rhodium really spoke to me. The silver was a bit washed out in my opinion and white was nice, but rhodium provided a smooth transition to band and materials the best. I feel the jubilee goes best with the fluted bezel and and the smooth bezel and oyster compliment each other. I also felt like maybe the jubilee was too dressy but once I saw it in person, I was on board for jubilee and fluted. I love it. Won't be my last Rolex I'm sure. I'd post a pic but I don't yet have enough posts to post pictures.
