Newbie questions on a Superocean 42
Long time no post but I figured this deserved a return to the forum!I walked into my watchmaker's store to check on a Panerai build I'm having him do and saw something I never thought would ever sing to me - a Breitling Colt Superocean 42. It's clean and good looking and I'm in need of a diver (sold my last one to a friend). However, I know very lil on Breitlings so a few questions came up.Do Superocean 42s come with a bracelet? This one came with a plain, smooth black rubber strap (Breitling logo stamped on the buckle).Where can I find a legitimate place to get OEM straps? He's selling it for $1,600. Does this seem like a good deal? He's been the most standup businessman I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with, but it's still worth asking the questions to the lot of you.The certificate states it was originally purchased in 10/2013. My watchmaker received it as part of a trade.Anything else I should know about the model? I have it for a few weeks on loan from him until I decide

elaborate history of Broad Arrow range.
Respected guys/ladies of the TRFplease enlighten me to the history of the Broad Arrow Speedmaster range, as in when was it introduced and as we have seen little or hardly any changes in the Speeedmasters generally, has the Broad Arrow range also been this same or what were its older models?and further, I have got the idea that there is a history/story of why the words 'Professional are used with Speedmaster and Seamasters but I dont know exactly...plz do elaborate on that too.thank you very muchregards,Asad Abbas Awan

Who says you can't "explore" with a Daytona?
As WIS we tend to categorize watches: Subs are for diving, GMTs are for those that travel the globe, etc. But the truth is, a modern Rolex is up to 99% of anything we throw at it. My gf and I escaped out of the city for a weekend getaway in Rhinebeck, NY where we spent our days doing some awesome hikes. Through snow, 10* wind-chill, and some impromptu rock climbing I wore my Daytona the whole time and it served its purpose well!I know the Explorer is constantly mentioned as the one-watch GADA, but I'd say a Daytona is more than capable.
