A. Lange & S?hne Saxonia Automatic
A. Lange & S?hne’s newly-redesigned Saxonia Automatic features a larger and slimmer case and a new self-winding movement. The understated aesthetics incorporate fundamental Lange design elements, and the all-new Lange manufacture calibre L086.1 features signature touches such as hand engraving and Lange’s proprietary in-house balance spring. Find pricing and wallpaper inside. The movement is only 3.7mm thick. In contrast to their predecessors, the white and pink gold cases of the Saxonia Automatic have grown to a diameter of 38.5mm. At the same time, the watches are now noticeably thinner, measuring only 7.8mm in overall height. Thanks to the gently chamfered bezel, the solid-silver argent dial looks larger than ever, showcasing the slender baton hour markers, solid-gold lancet hands, and the concisely graduated minute scale. The watch is available in 18K pink or white gold. The applied hour markers and the lancet hands are made of the same gold alloy. The U.S. suggested
15400 vs 15202
As someone with a 7 flat wrist, a 44 feels like it fits my wrists as a glove (personal opinion of course). I tend to favor watches with a bit of heft. While doing some homework between the 15400 and 15202, I gathered that many people feel that the 15202 may be better proportioned, thus the result of a slimmer and smaller case. I really like the dial of the jumbo, especially the AP lettering towards the Southern Hemisphere. However, being that my body type happens to fall in the category of 'I enjoy stuffing my face', dial versus heft, I would choose the weight of the 15400. The only problem is I have not been able get my hands on a jumbo to experience the difference. Are the weights of the two quite similar or is there a noticeable difference? Also, I noticed that the 15400 has a 3120 movement while the jumbo has a 2121 movement; is there any difference in the two movements? I am not knowledgeable on the two movements. Thanks.
AP "Equation of time" dial change: Royal Oak/Juels Audemars
Hey Guys,Im about to purchase my very first AP. I have gone throw the model lineup and discovered that the model i want does not quite exist. I would like to have the Royal Oak Equation of Time (.audemarspiguet/en/wat...uation-of-time) but with the skeleton dial from the Juels Audemars collection (.audemarspiguet/en/wat...T.OO.D002CR.01). The calibre 2120/2808 is the same on both models. I have not yet approached AP with my idea. What do you guys think, is it technically feasible and what the reaction from AP would be? will they even allow it even if its possible?I also made some photoshopping of how the watch will look. I havent decided yet whether whether i want it in steel or gold so i made both versions. I also changed the brown strap to black one on the gold version. Do you know if there is a rubber strap available for this model?

PAM00164 Good Starter?
Hey all, Recently checked out some Panerai watches at my local AD and really liked the style and fit of their watches. I think it was a 164 that I tried on but I could be wrong. Currently wear an Explorer II and looking to expand the collection. I'm sure any Panerai watch is a great piece to own but any particular thoughts about the 164 as my first one?cheerskevin
