In-Depth: The HODINKEE Guide To Buying Watches On eBay
(Last December, we published this article by Eric Wind – now a part of the team at Christie's New York – on buying watches on eBay. His observations are as relevant now as ever, and he gave us some of the best advice we'd seen on how to get your feet wet in vintage watches without taking a bath. Swung by there last week... I love everything about ap, but I was disappointed with the selection. They only had maybe 12 men's watches. Additionally the woman that helped me, while friendly, seemed to know very little about the brand. Mostly regurgitating a canned sales pitch. This won't turn me off to ap at all but I would like to think with only 4 (think this is right) boutiques in the US, they would have pretty much every watch they offer in stock for viewing. They only had a panda and safari in the offshore case. Wonder why they choose to limit the selection. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
