Out of warranty
Hello everyone,My 5167 is having power reserve issues. I'd like to bring it in to Henry stern, but it's a little less than 3 years old and out of warranty. Has anyone had a similar situation, and did HSWA honor the warranty, even though it expired 10 months ago?If they don't honor it, I'm thinking of going to war with them because this is the third piece I've brought in for service within the past year; I had a similar power reserve issue with my 5711 and the pushers weren't working on my 5164.
