Hong Kong AP lounge
After all this talk of AP's new distribution model, i suppose it should have come as no surprise to receive this note from AP today. Has anybody been to the lounge yet? And, if so, what was the experience like?

Today was a good day...
Today was a good day dear TRF friends. I've had my eyes on this one for quite some time. Finally pulled the trigger. Ordered it a few months ago and then the wait began.... I guess it's part of the charm. I wanted to do this purchase the old fashion way from my local AD brand new sealed ordered for me. They were fantastic. Today I got the call and it was indeed a very, very good day. Cheers. George

Hey guys, Just wanted to share my favorite 24/24 strap with you .. Made out of British Tan leather by the loose cannon of the strap world .. Shane Delaurian. It actually takes a little bit of convincing to get him to make a not-so-unusual strap and he did agree to make me one for my now-departed 243 late last year. I, unfortunately, sold my 243 just after this one arrived and it has since waited to for an appropriate match. The wait ended tonight ... I recently sold all my 24/24 straps and this is only one that survived. Quite Deservingly so IMHO.The texture on this strap is the very best I have ever laid my eyes one. The thickness is just right and the finishing on the edges and holes is something I have not seen before. The underside of the strap is lined by some fine leather as well [dont know which kind .. pics attached] and to make the strap unique in a Delaurian way, the keepers are integrated. Just purchased this Rolex Sea-Dweller 116600 from Tony Geha (justrolexes) from this forum.Wonderful watch, to me this is the best Rolex out there by far.
