All that has changed in the appearance is the diameter
All that has changed in the appearance is the diameter, which has grown to 44 millimetres to suit today's tastes. The watch sits perfectly on the wrist thanks to titanium's many benefits: not only is the material light in weight, but it is particularly skin compatible and resistant to corrosion.
Jaeger LeCoultre Launches The Record Challenging Master Ultra-Thin Squelette Collection
Jaeger LeCoultre has just announced one of the thinnest, if not the thinnest, mechanical wristwatches ever made: the Master Ultra Thin Squelette. The watches in this family of timepieces are built around the well known ultra thin Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 849, known in this iteration as the 849SQ (squelette, or skeleton) and the movement itself remains 1.85 mm thick. The big news is however that the watch itself, overall, is only 3.6 mm thick, in the thinnest version. 1 OF 4 Several sharp eyed readers picked up on this when the press release went out, although Jaeger LeCoultre is sedulously avoiding making any world-record claims – however for comparison, we note that the Piaget Ultra-Thin 900P is overall 3.65 mm in height, the Jaeger LeCoultre Master Ultra-Thin Jubilee (2014) is 4.05 mm in height, and the Vacheron Constantin Les Historiques 1955 is 4.13 mm in height (it is worth noting that the latter uses the VC caliber 1003, which is 1.64 mm thick as opposed to 1
Vintage Duo
Took some shots of some recently acquired vintage Omegas and thought I would share. The Constellation is circa 1966 and was a gift from my father to my uncle many years ago. My uncle is ninety now and wanted my father to have it back. It was serviced some years ago and unfortunately the crown was replaced and fitted with one that doesn't exactly match the original. Would have been nice to have the original, but it's not that big an issue. The De Ville is circa 1971 and has given to my father from a friend who has no appreciation for watches and had it sitting in a box for years. Both are working and keeping fantastic time, but will be sent in for service sometime in the near future. They were in pretty rough shape when we got them and I definitely put in some time to make them look decent. The straps are new and I've wearing the De Ville regularly for the past few weeks.

Need some help on my first Pepsi..
Hello people,I am looking to buy a GMT Pepsi and I found one that might be interesting for me. Its a 2003 model with box and papers. I do not have experience on buying watches online and I can use a little bit of help. If you have any tips for me on questions that are normal to make to a dealer please comment. Can I ask for pictures of the papers for example? Or is it ok to ask for a picture of the reference number between the lugs? Ill share you the pictures.. What do you think? Thank you for your help!
