Wearing your AP abroad
I will start to travel extensively to Latin America and, a bit less often, Asia. I would love to have my ROO 26470 SS as a regular travel companion, but wonder if you have any insights as to how safe it is to wear an AP in places like Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Rio, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Beijing and Shanghai. Hey guys,Many of you probably saw my thread last week about a second-hand 5712 with a scratched hour hand. I declined the watch. Much to my surprise, I got just the call that my brand new 5712 has arrived at my AD much sooner than expected!! I honestly thought I'd be waiting for another year or more, but I'm flying to Switzerland to pick it up on Friday! Pictures to follow this weekend!-Matt
Old K serial 2002 116520 Daytona with OEM 116500 Ceramic Bezel
This may not be for everyone but I have managed to get hold of a brand new OEM 116500 Ceramic Bezel that came off a 2016 Daytona as it was replaced with a diamond Bezel. I know the Ceramic bezels are pretty much unobtanium so jumped on it when I knew it was available. Need to get it fitted now and depending upon how it looks it could be a permanent change with the original Bezel going into the box or it may get changed back.Pic to follow
