Breitling Navitimer New For 2014 46mm And GMT Watches
Breitling's most iconic and famous model is the Navitimer. I've reviewed the Navitimer 01, which included for the first time the in-house manufacture Calibre 01 movement.For 2014, Breitling makes two small, but important, changes to the already legendary model. First, the Navitimer gets an extra large version. The 46 mm cased model results in a larger timepiece that allows it to be more wearable over a pilot's jacket and in keeping with some modern wristwatch tastes and trends.Also, the Navitimer 46mm now includes a transparent case back to showcase the Calibre 01 movement. A limited edition of 200 pieces is also available in red gold.Second, the Navitimer GMT manages to add a 24 hours second timezone while retaining the patented instrument-inspired busy dial that makes the Navitimer so unique. "The Luxury of Time: European Clocks and Watches" preview will be held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art this Thursday, November 19th at 6:30 p.m. There will be a host of amazing, very rare and extremely historically important clocks and watches on hand, and the exhibition is being co-curated by the Met's Mrs. Clare Vincent, a 40-year veteran of the Met, and Associate Research Curator Ms. Elizabeth Sullivan.These are just a few examples of the treasures from the Metropolitan Museum of Art's collection. Above is a stunning clockwork celestial globe, made in Vienna in around 1579; like many of the clocks and watches in the exhibition this was a gift from J. Hi Guys,Not trying to double post but I did post this earlier today on the non-rolex forum section and someone suggested I post here as well.Seeking some feedback and opinions. I currently own a JLC Master Compressor Navy Seal and a JLC Master compressor chrono 2, I feel the need for some change as both of my watches are different in some aspect but also similar in others.I was thinking of parting with the Navy Seal and replace it with a AP ROO Diver. What do you guys think, am I crazy or was I just got the AP disease ?Cheers

Hey All,Headed to Beijing next week from the States and was wondering if anyone has visited the Patek AD recently? I believe there is only 1 in town. I would think there would be a huge VAT/Luxury tax but perhaps a decent selection. So good for shopping, but not buying...?Love to hear what you all think especially from those that have been there recently.All the Best
