TAG Heuer’s new integrated mechanical chronograph movement, Caliber 1969, is now being produced at the recently finished fourth TAG Heuer factory, in Chevenez in the Swiss Jura. I take you inside the brand-new facility, and examine the details of the new in-house movement, in this article from my blog, Watch-Insider.In 2009, TAG Heuer launched Caliber 1887, based �� as you may know by now �� on an old Seiko chronograph movement (and made its debut in the TAG Heuer Carrera 1887; click here for WatchTime’s test of that watch). It had been partially re-engineered by TAG Heuer and then produced by TAG in Switzerland. The integrated, self-winding, column-wheel chronograph movement is outfitted with a contemporary version of the brand's 1887-patented oscillating pinion. Which ones to keep?
I have been mostly a lurker on these forums and have accumulated a decent collection of PAMs. I am looking to diversify my watch collection as it is very PAM heavy now. I have a 292 and 359 that I wear in rotation which I don't plan to sell. I also have 372, 390, 417, 448, and 587 that I haven't worn and just sitting in the safe.My rationale is that I will keep two of the 47MM which will be 587 and 372 and the two that I have in rotation. In this option, I will sell the 390, 417 and 448. 292 is my first PAM and holds some value to me. 359 I just really love the look and wear it often. The reason I am finally posting is I would like to hear your thought process on what you will likely keep and why. Perhaps there may be a reason that I am not thinking of. I was a die hard PAM fan but interest has been waning a bit. Thanks in advance for the discussion.

Okay, so I was taking some closeups of my 16623 YM today and upon reviewing the pictures I came across something that puzzled me. In one of the pictures I saw something that I hadn't seen in the others. A little detective work with a magnifying glass and shooting at the right angle and I captured it.Look at the first photo, then the second photo, magnified.Did you all know about this?
