A few days ago, I posted about watch winding times. Well, my ROO Panda hasn't moved in 2 days (after it was fully wound)I called AP on 57th st and was told to bring it in and that the Clearwater SVC center is closed until Jan 6th.Any ideas about how to get it working again?The crown feels very tight - had it in my winder at 600 bidirectional rotations/day. Hello Everyone,I am looking to make my purchase my first watch and here is a little background.My wrist are on the skinny side, 6.75. The watch will be an everyday watch and not look out of place in the gym or with a suit. The blue dial aqua terra seems to fit the bill perfectly and I could swap out the straps to dress it up or down. My question is on the width. I have heard people complain that it is tall, and I was wondering how big of an issue that would be on a smaller wrist when wearing dress attire? While I don't wear a suit constantly, I do wear long sleeve button up shirts a lot of the time. The last thing I want is to be fussing with pulling my cuff over the watch.Thanks for any advice! I appreciate it beings I am so new to all this.
Omega quartz sizes
Hi .. I saw an ad on ebay where they offer a New Omega Seamaster 300M Quartz James Bond Style Mens Watch 212.30.41.61.01.001 and in the add they say that this watch has a diameter case of 41,5 mm.Is the only Omega model with quartz movement with the case of this measure? Because I thought there are other models 300 M but midzise and I prefer at least a model of 41.5 mm.Thanks guys.
Patek 24 SS for the wifey
Thinking about buying the wifey a Patek 24 for this Christmas. Interested to get others views on this watch...the only small reservations I have are that its a quartz (albeit my wife likes quartz more than automatics) and the fact that it looks very similar in design to a cartier tank for women (which my wife already has one)Opinions welcomed...
