The Basics of Intellectual Property: Copyrights, Trademarks, and Patents
Although I am well versed in the area of intellectual property (IP), it has come to my attention that many are not. This can be a problem when individuals are concerned with protecting their rights, and when trying to avoid infringing the rights of others. This article is meant to be a very brief overview of what each of the three main areas of IP law deals with. Copyrights, Trademarks, and Patents are each a huge body of law on their own. In addition to the basic rules, there are numerous sub-rules, and exceptions. The purpose here is to guide novices in to what area of the law they are dealing with, and a place to start asking questions. Historical Perspectives: Revisiting The History Of The Omega Speedmaster With The Astronauts Who Wore Them
The official status of Omega’s Speedmaster Professional as that of “Moonwatch” is widely known and celebrated amongst enthusiasts and certainly by Omega themselves. We heard the first hand account of Lovell’s heroism, and the Speedmaster’s pivotal role in Apollo 13’s return to Earth. 1 OF 26 “Houston, we have a problem.&rd
Nautilus vs Aquanaut Pictures
Hey everyone,I'm really wanting to purchase my first Patek and am having a hard time deciding if I should go with the 5711 (preferably white) or the 5167. So I thought that maybe if all of you posted some pictures of yours it could help me make my decision. Also any advise you guys have would be great. One question I do have: does the 5167 hold its value as well as the 5711? Thanks!
312 Inbound!
I just joined the Panerai family and couldn't be happier! It literally took me years to finally decide, but I landed on the 312. My requirements were limiting: 1950-style case, second and date complication, 44mm. I debated the known issues and people recommended other models, but I always came back to the 312.I should receive it Tuesday. And now the strap obsession begins.
